Finn and Emma are very excited about the new version of DeConstrucción#3, which has now been adapted for the stage. Thanks to a newly constructed set and light design they are now able to have a dialogue with the space in a way that resembles, yet enhances, their previous site-specific work. They are very happy to have collaborated with lighting designer Joana Serra, who worked to create specific atmospheres, volumes, and shadows in order to mold space and bodies together.

Looking ahead, plans are coming together for our residency back at Bennington College this summer. This time, we will be there for a short production-focused residency from August 5th - 19th, and in addition to editing and lengthening the movement we will focus on creating new sound, set, costumes, and lights for with a bird walking side by side. We are close to securing all the funding we need for the residency, and are grateful to already have a grant from New England Foundation for the Arts, donations from our GiveMN fundraiser, and in-kind contributions from Bennington College to support us. Look out for news about public performances following the residency in the coming months!
