with a bird walking side by side is an investigation of near misses and overexposure; an idiosyncratic meeting space for three dance artists with particular behaviors. Together they form a moving puzzle that is both chaotic and articulate, comic yet understated. Their interrelationship hovers between synchronicity and disparateness as the sway of the piece finds its groove in the oscillation between social flow and individual action.
